Farrukh Habib, who defected from Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and joined the Istehkam-e- Pakistan Party (IPP), was the subject of a complicated vandalism case heard by ATC judge Abul Hasanat Muhammad Zulqarnain, according to sources.

The investigating officer informed the court at the beginning of the hearing that they did not wish to place Farrukh Habib under arrest. In addition, he had abandoned his request for pre-arrest bail.

The investigative officer’s comments led the court to dismiss Farrukh Habib from the case.

It is important to note that during the former premier’s appearance, the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and other party officials were accused by the Islamabad police of assaulting, destroying, and vandalizing the court complex.

The FIR claimed that the crowd was being directed by members of a “political party” and that their provocations had caused destruction.

According to the report, there was a plan to assault the Islamabad High Court (IHC) and the Federal Judicial Complex.
