(Lahore News) HEC Inter-University Bodybuilding Championship 2021-22 competitions were held at University of Education. Bodybuilding students from 19 universities across the country participated.
(Lahore News) HEC Inter-University Bodybuilding Championship 2021-22 competitions were held at University of Education. Bodybuilding students from 19 universities across the country participated.

Bodybuilding competitions ranged from 55 to 100 kg in 10 categories. Noman Nawaz of University of Central Punjab bagged the first position in 65 kg category. Hasnain Khalid of Yuvas finished first in the 55 kg category. Sheikh Naseem of Punjab University emerged victorious in the 60 kg category. Hafiz Mohammad Shazam of Punjab University was also declared successful in the 70 kg category.

Students participating in bodybuilding competitions said that they have to work hard for many months before participating in the competitions.

In addition to curricular activities in educational institutions, it is also important to conduct extracurricular activities.
